00:17because of the strong wind and rain caused by the Nica earthquake.
00:20The DSWD Region 2 immediately sent the Mobile Command Center
00:24to speed up communication and send updates to the affected areas of the earthquake.
00:29Meanwhile, the DSWD Field Office Cordillera Administrative Region
00:35also sent their Mobile Command Center to Marag, Luna, and Apayao
00:39to speed up communication to the families affected by the earthquake.
00:43The MCC served as the center of disaster operations of the agency
00:47and provided free Wi-Fi and cell phone charging to the families who lost electricity.
