00:07 Today we will teach you the method of Agni Sahaar Kriya.
00:12 You can do Agni Sahaar sitting or standing.
00:16 We are doing this Kriya sitting.
00:18 Sit in any meditation position.
00:20 Bend the upper body down and place your hands on your knees.
00:25 Now take a deep long breath and hold the breath.
00:29 Hold the stomach with both hands.
00:35 While holding the breath, move your stomach forward and backward.
00:39 Move your stomach forward and backward in such a way that the muscles start to ache.
00:48 When you are not able to hold the breath, release the breath and relax.
01:00 Repeat the same process.
