00:13 Well, in this video we are gonna show you how to have fat stomach & in kavita's yobics
00:18 all the exercise which we show to you can be done by man, women or people of any age group.
00:24 Right, so F3 Kavita's Yobics this time brings fat tummy exercises.
00:30 3 very very simple exercise which you can do anytime, anywhere & have a great physique.
00:36 So, here we go with exercise no-1 which is very simple once again.
00:41 Just stick your hands up & your feet should come forward.
00:47 Breathe out.
00:48 Mind you we are not doing crunches, right. We are bending.
00:53 We are bending ahead.
00:55 The crunches which we did earlier, this is the crunches. But here we are bending forward.
01:05 Which will give the pressure here on your tummy.
01:10 This you can do around 15-20 in the beginning.
01:17 And go very very slow.
01:21 Exercise no-2
01:26 Usually we do squats, this is normal squat.
01:30 But here for the tummy what you have to do is keep your feet together.
01:35 And slowly like in the squat position, go down & as you are sitting somewhere & up.
01:42 Go as far as you can go down, alright.
01:49 This also you can do around 8-10 in the beginning.
01:57 Don't sit ahead, push yourself back &
02:14 Exercise no-3 which is again very simple exercise which you can do anytime.
02:20 But make sure like I always say go very slow in the beginning.
02:26 Right, so exercise no-3 is which we do in the yoga specially.
02:32 Just take a deep breath.
02:34 Breathe out & bend over yourself here.
02:42 Again take a deep breath & exhale, breathe out & just hold it.
02:47 You can breathe out squeezing yourself & come back.
02:54 Take a deep breath.
02:58 Breathe out & bend forward, just hold it.
03:06 Again take a deep breath, breathe out & just hold it.
03:12 Squeeze in & come up.
03:18 This can be done around 3-5 in the beginning.
03:21 So, all these exercises are very simple which you can do anytime, anywhere like all the exercises that have great flat tummy.
03:29 All these exercises are very simple which can be done by anybody, men or women, people of any age group. But yes, if you have some physical problem then please consult your doctor.
