00:08 In this video, we will tell you how to perform Noli Kriya.
00:13 Sit in Padmasana or Sukhasana.
00:19 Place both hands on your knees and bend a little.
00:23 Take a deep breath and close your nostrils.
00:27 Now pull the muscles of your stomach inwards and rotate it from the center of your stomach to a circle.
00:40 Do this process anticlockwise and as per your ability.
01:08 Now, while breathing out, relax the muscles of your stomach and return to the normal position.
