00:33 So, what should we do?
00:34 We will make it in a different style, in a spicy style.
00:38 So that it will be a healthy help for you and you can use soya chunks.
00:43 So, let's start.
00:45 Ingredients are
00:46 Soya which we have soaked in the night.
00:49 Garlic which I have chopped.
00:51 2 medium sized Onions which are chopped.
00:54 3 medium sized chopped tomatoes.
00:57 Oil, Vegetable oil, Curry leaves, Lemon juice.
00:59 For garnishing, Coriander leaves, Chopped Ginger, Cumin seeds, Salt, Garam Masala powder, Red chilli powder.
01:06 So, let's start making soya.
01:08 Our kadhai is heated. Now we will add our vegetable oil.
01:20 Let it heat for 3 tbsp.
01:22 Our oil is heated, now we will add curry leaves.
01:27 Now we will add our chopped onions.
01:41 Mix it well.
01:53 Now we will add our chopped garlic.
01:59 I have taken 8-9 cloves which I have not chopped properly.
02:07 It is little bit raw but we need it for our dish.
02:10 Now we will add our chopped tomatoes.
02:22 Mix it well.
02:29 Now we will add our chopped ginger.
02:39 1 tbsp will be enough.
02:46 Mix it well.
03:04 After eating it, you will feel like you want to try it again.
03:07 What do you say, is it ok?
03:13 Now it's the turn of our soya chunks.
03:17 Mix it well.
03:39 Now we will add our spices, like red chilli powder.
03:43 1 tbsp
03:51 Garam Masala powder
03:55 1 tbsp
04:00 Salt
04:02 As per taste
04:04 Garam Masala
04:05 Lemon juice
04:13 3 tbsp
04:22 Mix it well.
04:28 Mix it well, make sure that there is no lump.
04:35 Now we will cover it and cook it for 3-4 mins.
04:42 So that the masala which we have cooked earlier, will get mixed with our soya chunks.
04:49 And it will taste very good.
04:54 I have covered it and now we will wait for 5 mins.
04:58 Our 5 mins wait is over, let's see how it is.
05:02 Hmm... almost ready.
05:05 Everything is mixed but I have to add 2 more things.

05:19 Usually we add cumin seeds first, but in this dish we will add cumin seeds now.

05:26 1 tbsp cumin seeds, whole cumin seeds.
05:31 Along with this we will add our chaat masala, which is our special ingredient.

05:45 1.5 tbsp
05:46 Mix it well.
05:51 Our mix is ready.
05:57 Now we will add chopped coriander leaves.
06:03 Again mix.
06:13 Now as we have added whole cumin seeds and chaat masala.
06:20 Now we will let it cook for 2-3 mins.
06:23 Close the lid.
06:25 2-3 mins
06:29 And finally our wait is over.
06:32 Hmm... our dish is ready to serve.
06:42 Such a nice soya chunks are made that I can't tell you.
