Recipe to prepare "jeera Methi Biscuit"

Ingredients:
125 gms refined flour/maida
1 tsp baking powder
salt to taste
50 gms butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bowl fenugreek leaves, chopped
milk, as required
little oil, to grease

Method:
Take a bowl, and add in refined flour, baking powder, salt and
butter. Mix well and knead.
Add cumin seeds, and mix again.
Add fenugreek leaves, and mix well.
Add milk, and knead the dough.
Take a plate, and grease it well.
Take out half portion of the dough. Roll it round, and flatten with
your hands. Spread it in the greased plate by pressing it evenly. Cut
into pieces with any mould. Repeat for more biscuits. Transfer all
the biscuits to an oven plate.
Bake in the oven preheated at 200 degree, for 15 minutes. Flip to other side, and bake for 5 minutes.
Jeera Methi Biscuits are ready to serve.
