00:10Today we will make you teach " Kolaveri Masala"
00:13Surprise with the name
00:15Yes, Kolaveri means Murderous rage
00:17And we have taken a product which we have roasted and cooked that much like we have taken its life
00:23and with this will make this Kolaveri Masala
00:25you must be thinking what is that produce, when we prepared clarified butter from the butter
00:30and we cook it and make clarified butter, and the produce which get remained
00:35so we have given it the name of Kolaveri as it has no life and must be angry.
00:39but with this only we will make such type of masala that you will eat your fingers also
00:43So, this kolaveri masala is not available at everyone's home, because not every one prepare clarified butter home
00:51so for that you have to deep fry the cottage cheese, like completely brown
00:56and once it is completely brown and then crush it and your Kolaveri will be ready
01:02So, let us start preparing Kolaveri Masala. So let us turn the flame off
01:09after that we will add almost 1 spoon of Oil
01:17spread the oil
01:22and now will add almost 1 medium sized finely chopped onion
01:31we have put the onions and now we have roast the onions
01:38cook them unless they are transparent
01:46onion is transparent and now we will add almost 1-1/2 spoon of grated garlic
01:55 1/2 spoon of freshly grated garlic
02:05and almost 1/2 spoon of ginger paste. this we have also freshly grate
02:16let is cook so that its rawness may gone
02:22now we will add dry spices, firstly we will add 1/4 spoon of Turmeric Powder
02:381/2 spoon of cumin seeds powder
02:48along with 1 spoon of Coriander seeds powder
02:56and along with 1/2 spoon of garam masala which we had prepared
03:06and now cook it on low flame and along with add some water so that dry masala won't get burnt
03:25so all the spices are mixed and now will add Kashmiri Red Chilli
03:33almost 1/2 spoon for color and spiciness
03:39and cook it once more
03:44now we have to add 2 finely chopped tomatoes
03:52and toss them on high flame
04:03get the tomatoes cooked completely
04:07after adding tomatoes now add salt to taste
04:22now the tomatoes are cooked and now will add Koleri
04:29yes the Cream which is strained out of clarified butter
04:35crush it and put it into the masala
04:42and get it mixed nicely so that all the spices get into the kolaveri
04:55it taste like a rich paneer to an extend
05:05now we will add almost 1 spoon of crushed Kasoori Methi
05:17get it mixed and after that some milk will be added on
05:27so, will put almost 1/2 cup of milk
05:33spread it all over
05:47put the flame on high, so your kolaveri masala is ready
05:54it taste more good with bread, although you can eat it anything but if you place this dish in bread
06:00and if you put it into the center of the bread and make its sandwich, then it taste very tasty after cool down
06:07put some green chillies and kolaveri masala, the kind of sandwich when your friends will eat then they will be surprised
06:16so, either you can make its sandwich
06:22otherwise this dish is to be eaten in the main course, it is very rich and tasty dish
