00:00Three months ago, I invited 18 candidates to New York City for the chance to win the
00:11dream job of a lifetime.
00:16Half of the candidates had degrees from some of the finest schools in the country.
00:21The other nine had only a high school diploma, but were extremely successful, self-made entrepreneurs.
00:28It was the perfect opportunity to see whether academic knowledge was more important than
00:33practical experience.
00:36This classic showdown between book smarts and street smarts played out during the course
00:40of the world's toughest job interview.
00:43Does anybody else want to quit?
00:45And although their styles may have been different, their goal was still the same, to prove that
00:52they had what it takes to run one of my companies and become The Apprentice.
01:01They gave themselves corporate names.
01:03High school.
01:04Net worth.
01:05How did you come up with that?
01:07Collectively, we have a high financial net worth.
01:10College.
01:11Magna Corp.
01:12Magna meaning?
01:13Magna Cum Laude.
01:14We wanted a name that encapsulated our educational achievements.
01:18For their first task, the teams had to manage a Burger King restaurant and launch a new
01:22burger.
01:23I bet you're here to try our triple cheese Angus steak burger, right?
01:26No.
01:27Right away, the college graduates of Magna faced long lunch lines because project manager
01:32Todd didn't train enough people for the register.
01:35Are you trying to hang in there as much as you can?
01:37Dude, I'm trying to.
01:38The problem we have right now is we don't have enough cashiers.
01:39Medium diet?
01:40If I could help you back here, I would.
01:41That's the one thing, you know, if I'm not trained.
01:47Across town, Tana, a top-selling Mary Kay saleswoman from Iowa, used her homespun charm
01:52to help Net Worth connect with their customers.
01:55It's like the price of a Whopper Junior.
01:57It's got a big, big, big burger.
02:01The high school graduates of Net Worth won, and Todd was the first to go.
02:07You're fired.
02:09In the second week, the teams had to renovate and run a motel on the Jersey Shore.
02:15At Magna, Kendra negotiated a great deal on furniture.
02:19Let's see if we can work here together to bring this price down.
02:23Kendra found this place that could provide $13,000 worth of furniture for $7,000.
02:30It was a wonderful deal that Kendra procured for us.
02:34After two days of no sleep and with little to eat, Verna cracked under pressure.
02:39I'm just not playing this game anymore.
02:41What are you talking about?
02:42Verna told me that she was no longer a part of our group, she was no longer involved in
02:45the task, and that was that.
02:48Despite Verna's meltdown, Magna won.
02:51In the boardroom, Chris lost his temper.
02:55I do refurbish homes.
02:58I do not personally go in there, hands-on, and touch everything.
03:02But Brian shocked everyone.
03:03Do you think it's your fault that you lost?
03:05It is my fault that I lost.
03:07Should I fire you now?
03:08Yes, you should.
03:10Brian, you're fired.
03:12Later, Verna had a heart-to-heart with her team.
03:16I'm not feeling well, so I probably should go ahead and go.
03:20Verna quit and left the suite.
03:23She never came back.
03:25Danny was the next to go, which meant Magna lost two members in one week.
03:30For the next task, the candidates made commercials for Dove Cool Moisture Body Wash, and they
03:36were the worst ads I've ever seen.
03:39So I decided there wouldn't be a winner.
03:41I called everyone into the boardroom.
03:44Both of these ads are just absolutely terrible.
03:47And I fired Kristen because I felt she totally lost control of her team.
03:52The following week, I challenged the candidates to come up with a business on wheels.
03:57Wow!
03:58Nice.
03:59Tana, Network's project manager, went with a unique idea.
04:02We hired a casting director, and the actors got three minutes with the casting director.
04:08I'm liking it.
04:09I'm liking it.
04:10It was a very risky idea, but I wanted to go bigger, and this was different.
04:14Her decision paid off.
04:17Networth won, making Tana's record as a project manager 1-0.
04:22As a result, Magna lost Michael because he annoyed his team.
04:26The next week, Networth lost Tara because she lost sight of her team's marketing goal.
04:31Then, teams had to build a miniature golf course, and Kendra came up with a brilliant
04:36marketing plan to bring in the customers.
04:39Here's my other idea.
04:40Target all the people that have lessons tomorrow, whether it be skating lessons, gymnastics
04:44lessons.
04:45Possibly give them a discount or something.
04:47So we set appointments with each one of these general managers, and we negotiated exclusive,
04:53cross-promotional marketing, and we effectively shut Networth out.
04:58By following Kendra's advice, Magna hit a hole-in-one, sending Audrey home.
05:05By week eight, the teams were evenly matched.
05:07Both Magna and Networth had five members apiece.
05:11It shows that anybody can be successful in business.
05:14It's not whether or not you have book smarts or street smarts.
05:18You just need to be smart.
05:20Okay, I want to see the college people work with the high school people now.
05:25The corporate restructure put Tana and Kendra on the same team for the first time.
05:31To have Tana as part of MagnaCorp, I could not be happier.
05:36The celebrity auction was Kendra's first task as project manager.
05:40She put Tana front and center with the talent, and Tana used her well-honed sales techniques
05:46to charm them.
05:47I'm going to need you to give me a little bling bling.
05:49That is so nice.
05:50Now we be talking.
05:52Tana is really trying to get on his level.
05:55We be talking now.
05:58Networth wasn't laughing when they lost for the third consecutive time, giving Kendra
06:02her first win as project manager.
06:05And I called out John for not aiming high enough in his negotiations.
06:10You just did a terrible job.
06:12John, you're fired.
06:15At the Home Depot do-it-yourself clinic, Networth dropped the ball again.
06:20You want the deeper end facing down.
06:23Chris started the first shelf, and he put it on upside down.
06:27I knew it looked weird.
06:28Fix it, please.
06:30In the boardroom, Aaron singled out Chris.
06:33He uses foul language and chews tobacco at work.
06:35Unacceptable.
06:36I can't see a guy working for me that's chewing tobacco.
06:39I will quit chewing right now.
06:40If I say that and I lie, you can fire me next time I'm in here.
06:44Then Aaron went too far when she tried to flirt with me.
06:47George and Carolyn are saying, oh, I think Angie's wonderful, and I've got to listen
06:50to them.
06:51Do you have to?
06:52No.
06:53You're a real wise guy.
06:54You know that?
06:55That's a dumb statement.
06:56You know what, Aaron?
06:58You're fired.
07:00During the Domino's pizza task, Tana and Kendra made a smart move by targeting local businesses.
07:06We're right here at the Domino's mobile unit.
07:08We'd love to bring in lunch for you guys.
07:10Yeah.
07:11What is going to define whether or not we win or lose this task is Tana and I's ability
07:15to hit the offices and get these large orders.
07:17While Magda was racking up sales, Stephanie wasted a lot of time delivering pizzas to
07:23Brooklyn.
07:24I'm sorry about the delay.
07:25It's okay.
07:26It was a bad move, so I fired her.
07:30In week 11, I asked the teams to design a clothing line.
07:34Tana, the project manager, wisely conducted a focus group.
07:37Yeah, it would be the perfect spot for somebody to store an iPod if we were to make some clothing.
07:42I don't know, maybe make a little belt clip.
07:44Thanks to Tana's research.
07:45The clear winner, Donald is Magda.
07:47No doubt about it.
07:48Tana was now 2-0 as project manager.
07:51I am undefeated.
07:52I feel like I'm the queen bee.
07:54Don't mess with the mom from Iowa.
07:56I'm just a little hick from the cornfields, but I'll take you down.
08:00In the boardroom, Angie was criticized for her poor presentation.
08:04When you made your presentation, you choked.
08:06Yes, sir.
08:08Angie, you're fired.
08:11Next, I asked the teams to create a brochure for Pontiac's new car, the Solstice.
08:16Wow.
08:17Beautiful.
08:18The moment I first laid eyes on that car, it was like a beautiful woman.
08:22You just couldn't take your eyes off of it.
08:25The men of net worth felt they had a distinct advantage.
08:28It's three guys and it's a car.
08:29I mean, just think about it.
08:31Two chicks and one guy over at MagnaCorp.
08:33Excellent.
08:34Excellent.
08:35At Magda, project manager Kendra had creative differences with her team.
08:42This is just an idea to have a slot for a CD.
08:46I don't think they want a CD from what I'm gathering.
08:48I want us to be focused on the brochure and that's it.
08:51Right.
08:52I agree.
08:53It became very clear to me in the first 15 minutes of the task that they didn't have
08:56very much faith in me.
08:57But Kendra charged ahead with her ideas and in the 11th hour, Craig and Tana decided they
09:02were done for the night.
09:04Craig and I, we definitely do shut down early.
09:07I don't like to stay up just to be staying up.
09:09Tana had the audacity to say to me, you should basically do everything.
09:14If that's what it has to take to get the job done and to win, that's what I'm going to
09:18do.
09:20And that's just what she did.
09:22While Craig and Tana slept, Kendra stayed up all night and single-handedly designed
09:27Magda's winning brochure.
09:29You delivered the emotion of our car, you delivered it in a creative way and we are
09:33enthused enough about your catalog to produce it ourselves and use it in reality when the
09:38car goes on sale.
09:39Kendra was now 2-0 as project manager.
09:42My strategy has been to take a step back and observe.
09:46In the 12th week, I decided that it was my time to shine and now I'm a force to be reckoned
09:52with.
09:53After seven consecutive losses with net worth, Chris's time had come.
09:58Chris, you're fired.
10:01Chris took it hard.
10:03Come here.
10:05And it was an emotional evening in the boardroom.
10:07Two things I want you to promise me.
10:10You got to watch your temper.
10:11Okay, you got a lot of emotion.
10:13Sometimes that gets into temper.
10:15Number two, stay away from that damn tobacco.
10:20In week 13, the teams had to design an office product for Staples and thanks to another
10:25focus group.
10:26We're trying to solve the office clutter problem.
10:29Magda designed the winning product and Bren was sent packing.
10:34Tana joined Alex on the next task and the teams had to sell Hanes t-shirts designed
10:39by pop culture artists.
10:41So which one you think?
10:42I like it now.
10:44Project manager Kendra had a great idea to target the artist's fan base.
10:48People want to know that they have one of only 288 t-shirts that was designed by this
10:53famous artist Romero Brita.
10:55Only 288 available.
10:57That's a selling point.
10:58All right, I'll take two.
11:00Her strategy paid off.
11:02Great job Magda, you win.
11:05This was the first head to head battle between project managers Kendra and Tana.
11:09The win improved Kendra's record to 3-0 and put Tana behind with a record of 2-1.
11:15For Alex, it was his fifth trip to the boardroom and that was just unacceptable.
11:21In week 15, just three candidates remained, Craig, Kendra and Tana.
11:26You've really done well.
11:29I sent them on a grueling round of interviews with four top executives.
11:33Why should Mr. Trump hire you for this job?
11:37And after hearing their opinions of the candidates, I fired Craig.
11:42It was down to the final two.
11:44The last showdown between book smarts and street smarts.
11:48Kendra is the president of her own real estate company.
11:51She's undefeated as project manager and has come far due to her smart marketing strategies
11:57and keen business savvy.
11:59A lot of my strategy is in my heart, it's in my head, it's my intuition.
12:03It's all about the psychology of the buyer.
12:05How can I appeal to the buyer?
12:07Tana is a mother of two who owns a lucrative clothing business and is one of Mary Kay's
12:12top selling saleswomen.
12:13She's 2-1 as project manager and rose to the top with a positive can-do attitude and sharp
12:20negotiating skills.
12:21When I negotiate, I start small and I add and I add and I add and I create a big build
12:26up to where it's so huge that I just get all crazy and say, who wouldn't want this?
12:30Do you love me?
12:33After weeks of testing their business and marketing skills, Kendra and Tana face their
12:37toughest challenge yet.
12:39Kendra, you'll run the Best Buy Video Game World Championship and Tana, you'll run NYC
12:472012 Athlete Challenge.
12:50To assist the candidates, I gave them six employees, the three most difficult members
12:55of their original team.
12:57Kendra went to Webster Hall with Danny, Aaron and Michael.
13:01Tana made her way to Chelsea Piers with Brian, Kristen and Chris.
13:06From the first meeting with the clients, Tana's team was nothing but trouble.
13:11This is my team and they're a little lost, so I'm just going to make sure we know where
13:14we're at.
13:15My cell phone's ringing left and right, left and right.
13:17We can't find parking.
13:18Tana, where are we supposed to park?
13:20At Webster Hall, the PlayStation executive wasn't happy with the dingy gaming room.
13:25You know, it's not the, obviously not the best case scenario.
13:30Kendra has done nothing to make our area cooler and it shows a complete and utter disregard
13:35for our sponsorship.
13:37But Kendra assigned Michael to clean through the night and in the morning, the client was
13:41relieved to see the results.
13:43We're getting there.
13:44Yeah.
13:45Yeah.
13:46We're getting there.
13:47We're getting there.
13:48On the day of the event, Tana was bombarded with problems.
13:51I just can't believe the stack of banners is still sitting here.
13:53I talked to Chris.
13:54You should be the one talking to Chris.
13:55I did tell Chris.
13:56I need to know who's going to be controlling this.
13:57We're going to need someone to direct traffic.
13:58Luggage?
14:00Luggage?
14:01From the athletes.
14:02Where do they store it?
14:03And Kristen's huge printing mistake didn't help.
14:05This has to stop being handed out immediately.
14:07Oh, God.
14:08Tell me they didn't.
14:09This was our inside information about the Olympians.
14:12Kristen gave it to the printer and they printed it fricking verbatim.
14:15Then, New York Governor George Pataki asked to carry the American flag.
14:19You got the American flag.
14:21We'll do it together.
14:22Are you going to be introduced?
14:23I'm from Puerto Rico, actually.
14:24We're looking for the USA flag because the governor wants to do March 6th in America.
14:28It would be back there with the pile, wouldn't it?
14:30It's not.
14:31We checked.
14:32How are we doing?
14:33Great.
14:34I'm just waiting for the American flag for the governor to carry.
14:35Do you know where one is by chance?
14:36I know there's one hanging.
14:37I saw that one, yes.
14:38But it's okay.
14:39I'm just saying, if it can't come, the show's got to go on.
14:43Despite ongoing problems and mistakes, Tana pulled off a great event.
14:48Oh, my God.
14:52And Kendra's video game tournament was a knockout with the sponsors.
14:55I don't know if you want to work in the video game industry.
14:57If you ever do, we'd love to hire you.
15:00Later, I called Kendra and Tana into the boardroom.
15:05How do you think you led your team?
15:06My team was very hard to manage and control.
15:09And I would say, given the team that I had, I did a very good job leading my team.
15:14Kendra, how was your team to manage?
15:17I like to inspire people into action.
15:18I think that you get the best out of people.
15:20And when it actually happens, it's just great.
15:22We started out with over a million job applicants, and we're left with two.
15:27So I congratulate you both.
15:28Please wait outside.
15:30Tonight, live from New York University's Skirball Center, the employees will be asked to evaluate
15:37their bosses' performances.
15:39Then Kendra and Tana will meet me in the boardroom for the last time.
15:43Who will succeed?
15:44Who will fail?
15:45And who will be the apprentice?
15:52Money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money.
16:04Some people got to have it.
16:09Some people really need it.
16:13Listen to me, y'all.
16:14Do thangs, do thangs, do thangs, bad thangs with it.
16:21Dollar bill, y'all.
16:23Come on, bad thangs.
16:25Oh, thangs.
16:28Make great almighty dollars.
16:32I don't know that money.
16:36Give me a nickel, brother.
16:38Can you swear that money can drive some people out of their minds?
16:48No good, no good.
16:50Money, money, money, money, money.
17:02Live from New York University's Skirball Center for the Performing Arts, the season finale
17:08of The Apprentice.
17:41Let's get to work.
17:43Tana.
17:44Yes, sir.
17:45You lost control of your team.
17:47Absolutely not.
17:48You laughed at your team.
17:49You called them the three stooges.
17:51I didn't.
17:52Why?
17:53I didn't poke fun.
17:54That was a mistake on my part.
17:55I could have never finished my task without the help of those three people, and I made
17:59that very clear.
18:00I was mistaken to judge them on their previous experience and their previous performance
18:06rather than knowing that these three would have pulled for me for the Street Smarts team.
18:10So that was an error on my part.
18:11These three pulled through for me, and our task went over amazing.
18:14But even going to the car, you totally let them down.
18:18You thought you were, like, superior to them.
18:20Not at all.
18:21Not at all.
18:22My sense of humor didn't come out.
18:23I do not think I'm any better than them, actually.
18:25Those three can afford the limousine.
18:27I couldn't.
18:28So those three deserve to be in the limousine.
18:30It was my sense of humor that did not get sort of portrayed in the way it was.
18:34They didn't like you very much.
18:35You know that.
18:36Absolutely not.
18:37And I don't blame them, but I did lead all three of these very, very successful people.
18:42So you're basically saying you made a mistake.
18:44Absolutely.
18:45Then why should you be the apprentice?
18:46I learned from my mistakes, Mr. Trump, and that is a mistake that I've learned from,
18:52and I've personally apologized to all three of these people.
18:55You have an uphill battle.
18:57Maybe you win, maybe you don't win, but you really do have an uphill battle.
19:00What happened when you couldn't find the American flag, of all flags, the American flag for the governor?
19:06I understand that that looked really terrible, but I did have an NYC 2012 volunteer, Olympic
19:13volunteer, assess all my flags, and my American flag was accounted for.
19:18But with all the people that were there that day setting up and whatnot, it got mistakenly
19:23misplaced, and I was not going to keep the show from going on.
19:27So I knew we had a huge flag hanging from the ceiling, and I'm very sorry that I let
19:31Governor Pataki down.
19:32Okay.
19:33Kendra.
19:34Yes, sir.
19:35I don't like crying, especially in the boardroom.
19:37You cried.
19:38Is that a sign of weakness?
19:41Absolutely not, Mr. Trump.
19:42I've seen 300-pound linebackers cry as they raise a Super Bowl trophy.
20:02I learned very quickly in business that one person is quickly trampled by the right team,
20:06and I had the right team, and they were amazing, and I was touched.
20:09And it was a moment of pride, of joy, and that's about it.
20:14You know what?
20:15It was actually a pretty nice cry.
20:16I have to say that.
20:18It really was.
20:19As crying goes.
20:20As crying goes.
20:25Kristen, she, in a certain way, cried over you.
20:29What did you think?
20:30What did you think of Kendra?
20:33Come on, Kristen.
20:34You go.
20:35No, I'm talking to Kristen.
20:36What did you think of Kendra?
20:37What did you think of Tana?
20:38What was your choice?
20:40You know, it's very difficult.
20:41I've never worked with Kendra before.
20:43I've worked with Tana, and I think Tana did a great job.
20:46I actually had Olympians coming up to me saying it was one of the best events they've ever
20:49been to, which is a huge compliment coming from me.
20:56Excuse me.
20:57You thought Tana did a good job?
20:59I thought she did an exceptional job.
21:01As a matter of fact, her apology, it takes a lot for someone to humble themselves and
21:04come to their team and apologize like she did.
21:06Erin, quickly.
21:07What did you think?
21:08You worked with, as you know, you worked with Kendra.
21:10What did you think?
21:11Kendra was absolutely amazing.
21:13She was inspiring.
21:14Whenever I got fired, her and I weren't on speaking terms because she sent me over to
21:18network.
21:19You thought she was good?
21:20She was so amazing that she inspired us to work.
21:22We had no motivation.
21:23There wasn't one crossword.
21:24She never said one bad thing about us.
21:26We certainly weren't stooges.
21:27We were valued employees.
21:37Kendra, how do you respond to that?
21:39Pretty nice, isn't it?
21:40I'm very flattered.
21:41Pretty easy to respond to.
21:43So don't bother.
21:44Let's go to commercial.
22:07I'm going to hire somebody tonight, and I take that very, very seriously.
22:28Two people who I've already hired who have done an amazing job are Bill Rancic and Kelly
22:33Perdue.
22:34Roll the tape.
22:35Roll the tape.
22:36Bill Rancic, a self-made entrepreneur from Chicago, and Kelly Perdue, a West Point graduate
22:51from Los Angeles, both took on Mammoth Projects for me when I hired them to join the Trump
22:58organization.
22:59Another day, another dollar.
23:01Bill is overseeing the construction of the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago,
23:06located on the former site of the Chicago Sun-Times.
23:12He's been my eyes and ears in planning meetings to discuss mechanical and architectural details.
23:18Can I take a seat just one more time?
23:21Okay.
23:22He's been an active part in the sales and marketing for this 90-story triumph.
23:34Kelly was hired to work at Trump Place, a colossal $4 billion development on Manhattan's
23:39West Side, but he's also been active in selling Trump Ice, my new water company, as well as
23:46managing 40 Wall Street, my 1.3 million square foot office building in downtown Manhattan.
23:52How much is the square footage on this?
23:55This space is almost 9,000 square feet.
23:57And they're going to have it ready to go in two weeks?
23:59Oh, absolutely.
24:00And Kelly's military training gave him the leadership foundation needed to successfully
24:06promote my new luxury 50-story condominium complex, Trump Tower, Tampa.
24:21Kelly, how has your army experience helped in the world of business, or has it?
24:29Oh, it's helped tremendously.
24:31The discipline, the teamwork, the passion, all also present in the Trump Organization
24:36have really helped me fit in and take a leadership role.
24:39Excuse me.
24:40Do you love working for Trump?
24:41I love it.
24:42Do you love it?
24:43Absolutely.
24:44Absolutely.
24:45I'm having a great time.
24:46Say it like a West Point cadet.
24:47Come on.
24:48Okay.
24:49Bill, you've been really doing well.
24:52We just extended Bill, as a matter of fact.
24:54He's been a year, and now we just gave him an extension.
24:58I love him.
24:59These two guys have both been terrific.
25:00So what do you think, Bill?
25:01I'll tell you, I had a great year, and I learned more in this last year than I probably would
25:08have learned in the next 20 years.
25:09So I appreciate the opportunity.
25:10All right.
25:11Well, you've been a lot of fun, and you're doing a great job.
25:12What do you think of our two potential candidates?
25:14You know what?
25:15I think it's an honor for them just to be where they're at.
25:16As you said, there's a million applicants.
25:18But Tana, you're a good leader.
25:21You're a hustler.
25:22But I think in order to be a successful leader, you've got to bring out the best in your people.
25:26And I just, I'm not sure if I see that happening.
25:29I actually motivated my team.
25:30They said that I was a great enthusiast.
25:33I brought the energy.
25:35This wasn't the Tana task.
25:37This was the Net Worth Street Smarts task.
25:39And like Brian said, if I win, we all win.
25:43This was just not all me, and I made it very clear to them.
25:45We'll see about that in a minute.
25:46OK, Tana?
25:47Well, I meant the-
25:48Just one minute.
25:50I still don't think your team likes you very much.
25:52Why don't you ask them, Mr. Trump?
25:53I'm going to.
25:54But we have a commercial.
25:55OK.

27:44Welcome back to The Apprentice.
27:45Welcome back to The Apprentice.
27:46Welcome back to The Apprentice.
27:47In a community where the average home is worth several million dollars, I'm renovating a huge
27:52mansion that sits directly on the ocean.
27:57When it's completed, it'll be a 68,000 square foot house with 11 bedrooms.
28:03Its views will be unparalleled.
28:05There's nothing like it.
28:09Located just south of my private club, Mar-a-Lago, the complex sits on six acres of prime real
28:16estate.
28:17Overseeing the renovation of this incredible beachfront property will be an enormous but
28:23very interesting undertaking.
28:35So Tana, let's start with you.
28:37If you should win tonight, what would you rather do?
28:39Absolutely, the Miss Universe pageant, without a doubt.
28:45It's a $100 million house, Miss Universe.
28:49I'm relishing the opportunity.
28:51That's okay.
28:52Kendra?
28:53Without a doubt, Mr. Trump, I would love to renovate the Palm Beach mansion.
28:57It is my home county.
28:59Real estate is my love, and I would make the perfect transition into the Trump organization.
29:03I would be honored to take on that project.
29:05Okay.
29:06That's very good.
29:11You know, on The Apprentice, we've had amazing results.
29:20Pontiac sold 7,500 cars in a period of a few days, which, frankly, General Motors was extremely
29:27happy with.
29:28And if you look at Hanes, and if you look at any one of the companies that have been
29:31on the show, it's been a tremendous success for all of them, including the great Procter
29:35and Gamble.
29:36So we're really happy.
29:37So it's very, very important.
29:38Chris, I want to ask you a question.
29:41You work with Tana.
29:42What did you think?
29:44I think that Tana is a good leader.
29:45I think she has an incredible personality.
29:49After watching the show, I was a bit disappointed in her lack of loyalty and integrity to her
29:53team.
29:54Those are two of the major components that I feel are most important in a corporation.
29:57And Kendra having the real estate background, I think she's-
30:01Were you disappointed, or were you excited by Tana?
30:04Well, I wasn't excited.
30:06You've never been so sedate.
30:07What happened to you?
30:08What happened to this guy?
30:09Chris, where's my Chris?
30:10I'm here.
30:11I'm here.
30:12That's all right.
30:13Go ahead.
30:14I was not overly inspired.
30:15I think she's an incredible woman, and I really love her.
30:16I think she's great.
30:17But I think Kendra just all around- I just think because of her real estate background,
30:18she's better suited for your organization.
30:19But Mr. Trump, he never worked with Kendra.
30:20So I don't know how he can make an assessment on Kendra when he's never worked with her.
30:21But in a certain sense, he lived with Kendra.
30:22But he never worked with her.
30:23What do you think, Chris?

37:26It's time.
37:27I've known you for a long while.
37:28Over a million people applied, so you're both winners in every sense of the word.
37:30You're both winners.
37:33We're down to two.
37:39Tana, I didn't like the way you treated your team.
37:45You apologized, and that's fine, but still, you treated him very badly.
37:50I was shocked that Chris was frankly so nice to you, but I just didn't like the way you
37:55treated your team.
37:57However, for every week other than the last two, you were truly a star, more so, I think,
38:04than Kendra.
38:05But Kendra, in the last couple of weeks, stepped up to the plate and just knocked it out of
38:11the stadium.
38:12She was fantastic.
38:14Would you admit that?
38:15Would I admit that, Ken?
38:16Would you admit that she was great in the last two weeks, which is, by the way, in our
38:20world it's called crunch time.
38:22I would say yes.
38:23All right.
38:24Kendra.
38:25Yes, sir.
38:26I hated the fact that you cried, and yet, there was something very beautiful about crying
38:33over people that you fell in love with and that loved you.
38:37There really was.
38:38You had a great sort of a team going.
38:41It was amazing what you did with that team.
38:45Very much the opposite of Tana.
38:48And for that reason, I'm saying, Kendra, you're hired.
