00:00Hello. The best of the sunshine will be in the North and the North West this afternoon.
00:05Bright spells elsewhere, but also some heavy showers.
00:08This afternoon starts on a cloudy note for some across England and Wales,
00:12but the sun will break through and this will trigger some heavy and possibly thundery showers.
00:17Northern Ireland and Scotland get away with only isolated light showers and some decent sunny spells.
00:24It will feel warm where the sun comes out, with highs into the low 20s,
00:28but also feeling quite humid across parts of England.
00:31Now those heavy thundery showers continue through this evening, but will largely fade out after midnight.
00:38We could see some low cloud develop across southern parts of England and Wales,
00:42giving a grey and foggy end to the night here, and some coastal fog will affect North East Scotland.
00:48Temperatures falling into single figures under clear skies in the North and the West.
00:53So Monday morning starts on a foggy start for some, but this will soon clear,
00:57leaving sunny spells and a few showers.
01:00Some heavy showers will develop in the East and the North East of England in the afternoon,
01:04some of these thundery and given sudden sharp downpours in places.
01:08Plenty of sunshine away from these showers and a widely warmer day than Sunday.
