00:10On today's show, you and Lisa together nine years, the four kids married a year. You went
00:16to work one day and tell them what happened. I threw up. She left the house in a state
00:23of shock. There were condom wrappers and wrapping paper. She didn't go down two, three
00:31hundred miles away from where she lived because she felt like it. Why are there holes? Because
00:37he punches and kicks the door. Is that true? He gets angry. I have done once. But you don't
00:43do enough for our kids, Lisa. Look at the state of the house. The house wasn't in a
00:47good state, was it? That's what he's done. It wasn't like that when I left. The police
00:50were there. Listen, you attacked my daughter. I attacked your daughter? Yes, you attacked
00:57my daughter. The police said your story is being cut off. You've already said in your
01:02own words you still love him, despite the fact that he cheated on you whilst you were
01:05pregnant in your own house. She was sleeping with me a week ago. And I stupidly, stupidly
01:10believed you wouldn't do it again. Get out of the way for me. Listen to me. Listen to
01:17me. We are finished.
01:19Hello, my friends. Good morning and a big, big welcome to the show. Now, our first guest
01:42today, Frank, is here to confront his strange wife, Lisa, whom he says walked out on him
01:47with their kids just three weeks ago. Since then, Frank has been unable to speak or see
01:51his kids and today he says, I'm here for answers, Jez. He claims Lisa is an unfit mother who
01:56puts alcohol before their children. He wants access and he says if she doesn't agree, he's
02:00going to take her to court. He's going for full custody. He says, I am deadly serious.
02:05My Four Kids is what it's all about. Frank is on the Jeremy Carr Show That Way. I know
02:19this is important, I know it's difficult, I know it's emotional, but we need some fact.
02:23You and Lisa together nine years? Yeah. Four kids, married a year. Then out of the blue,
02:30quite literally, and you say, I can't believe she's done this to me, you went to work one
02:33day and tell them what happened? Everything was gone. Literally everything? Yeah, she'd
02:38gone, she'd been rooting through stuff. I'd noticed a couple of weeks back that she was
02:45looking for something but I didn't think it was the best certificates, the marriage certificate.
02:50She even took my other son and daughter's best certificate. Which showed it was planned.
02:57She disappeared without a trace. She took absolutely everything. She left the house
03:00in a state, please answer this, there were condom wrappers and rabbit poo. Yeah. Is that
03:09how she left the house? That was, yeah, that was her bedroom. I used to sleep on the couch.
03:14Why didn't you sleep with your wife? You did that mate, don't lie. Who's there? Just be
03:21a politician mate, that's what you should be. That's Jason, he's the gambler. That's
03:26Jason, her brother. Yeah, gambler and alcoholic. Don't be a bad person, you're full of s**t.
03:32Okay Jason, you have your opinion, I'll have mine. Let him finish, we'll get you out. Jason,
03:40I've not seen my kids for three weeks. As a mother, she's been shocking. You called
03:43this situation, not her. Nobody's answered the phone. She didn't go down two, three hundred
03:47miles away from where she lived because she felt like it. But why did she drag the kids
03:52Let's get him out, ladies and gentlemen, the brother Jason's on the Jeremy Carl show, that one.
04:05Jason, you don't know nothing, you just know what your sister's told you and I respect
04:09you for that. Yeah, and I've stood behind her. She doesn't make this stuff up, yeah?
04:14You say she pays for nothing. What do you spend your money on? Her. Yeah? Yeah. Like
04:20what? Feeding all the kids with sweets and sweets and sweets because that's a quality
04:23parent in me. Yeah, no, I admit, I do buy Frankie quite a lot of sweets and then I stopped
04:28it off a step. I'm here to support Lisa. Frankie's a bully and he's manipulated her for too long
04:32and it stops today. This is all a wash, this is all something to try and con people. He's
04:37a terrible father and a terrible husband and she ran because that's the only thing she
04:41had left. That's what you said, isn't it? Yeah. And they're all happy, look on their
04:46face. Now, smiles and everything, they're relaxed, they're happy. You answer me this,
04:49Jason, what about when he gets up in the middle of the night screaming for daddy because he
04:52always asks for me when he needs a wee? Well, she's already told me and I've seen that he's
04:56absolutely relaxed since he's come down here. No problems in the night or anything like
04:59that. He would never let Lisa see her friends, he would flip if his tea wasn't on the table.
05:03He's a sexist pig. I'm the mouth of this family and I'm here to tell him my sister is better
05:08off without him, including his kids. Tons of conversations on a night, Jeremy, with
05:12her because it's the only time, like, oh, he'll be in soon. Like, when she starts, like,
05:16oh. I was already walked past her, I'm speaking, yeah. Be quiet for a second, yeah. She has
05:22a conversation with me, like, she's got no life. She's got kids all day, then she's got
05:25to do food. Her hobby was going out to the pub, leaving the kids in after school clubs.
05:30Let's cut to the chase, you say this is a facade, this calmness, this guy will make
05:34himself out to be a brick. He's got a gift for the gab, he's like, he's the lad, he's
05:37the man, isn't he? Anything he says is just, you know, he's forceful, it's not an opinion.
05:42What, you don't think your sister is a drinker, then? She drinks, yeah, I understand, yeah.
05:45And so do you. I'm not, yeah. And you're a big gambler? Yeah. Yeah. She was trying to
05:50do it. Yeah, I thought that might come, I thought that might come. Yeah, I do gamble
05:53a bit and I do drink. A bit? What I also do is hold down a 40 hour a week job. Oh, and
05:58add on? Give my partner money to look after the kids, so that's hands down done. You genuinely
06:03believe this guy was a control freak or your sister's just done one because she's moved
06:07on? Because could I point something out? I'm only asking, wasn't she in a relationship
06:11when she met you and didn't she make out that bloke was a, you know, a pain in controlling
06:16and moved on? What if I threw into the mix that maybe she's done exactly the same? She's
06:20planned it, she's sought out the birth certificates and all that sort of stuff. How about she
06:24met somebody else online and has done exactly the same again? Well, from my information,
06:29actually, I find out a few days before she did it. And if she, and if he was so bad,
06:33did she tell any of you in the last nine years? Yeah, of course she did. Then why the
06:37hell didn't you get her out of there then? What she tells me is she said, I want to go
06:46today, come and get me. The family would go up there however we could and we'd take her.
06:51Whatever I think about who's right and who's wrong, for four weeks, a man who's been there
06:55every day for nine years hasn't seen his kids. That is not right. Not by anybody's standards,
07:01right? You can't just pick your kids up and take them out of school. You should try and
07:07make it work. You should talk to people. She did. She did. I'm sure I told you that. She
07:12did. We're going to go to a break. The woman in the middle, you say that the best thing
07:17she could have done after nine years, three weeks ago, she upped and she left. From what
07:20she tells me, yeah. From what she tells you, you say, hold on a second, I work every day,
07:25I come home, the house is ransacked, I haven't seen my kids. Even if you and I are not meant
07:31to be together, right? I haven't seen my kids for nine weeks. The woman in the middle
07:34is next. Don't go anywhere because we're right back. You brought your wrist hitting me and
07:38you went into the hospital. You got arrested. Me because I'm in the police. Yeah, because
07:41you slapped me across the face. She said I slapped her. She said I slapped her. That's
07:46why he got arrested. Do you need to find out who is the father of the baby? Do you need
07:55that all-important DNA test? If you're 18 or over and you want to be considered for
08:00the show, text the word TALK today, plus your name, to 63334. The text costs 25 pence

08:17one of my team.
08:18Welcome back to this break. Frank and Jason, Frank says, been with Lisa nine years, married
08:33one, four kids. We had our moments, our ups and our downs, but three weeks ago, I come
08:37home from work, house is ransacked, she's taken the kids, including birth certificates
08:41and passports and God, I haven't seen my kids. You come out and go, hardly surprising, mate.
08:45You're a control freak and a bully, and it was about time she did something to get away.
08:50The kids are settled, they're happy. Lisa is next. She is nervous, but she says he is
08:55manipulative, he's got his own way for too long, and I only stayed because I had nowhere
09:00else to go. Now I know my life can be better without him. Lisa's on The Kyle Show that
09:04way. Welcome to the show. What's the truth? He's a liar. Why? I left because it was the
09:21best thing for the kids. It wasn't. Hold on a second, you. How can it be best to uproot
09:26your children from school and not allow them to see their father for three weeks? I didn't
09:30want to do it. It got to the point where that was the only choice I had. Wait, I'm
09:35talking to her. What do you mean, sweetheart? He manipulated and controlled me, and he was
09:43horrible to the kids. Horrible to the kids? Yeah. Especially my eldest daughter. You told
09:48my team that what happened between him and this 12-year-old was the straw that broke
09:53the camel's back. Yeah. What do you mean? That was what ended the relationship in my
09:57eyes. He attacked her. What happened? You can deny it in a minute, and I want to hear
10:05her accusation. Go on. He went for her. He went to hit her because my third child was
10:15crying because she was going to get him a drink, and he wanted more juice in it, and
10:21she'd said no because he'd had enough in it, and he was crying and screaming and stuff
10:25because he was, like, three at the time. Because you went at him, screaming and shouting
10:29at him, scurrying him. I wasn't even in the kitchen. You phoned the police? Yeah. Why
10:34did they drop the charges? Four hours later. Because his manipulation. He can talk his
10:40way out of anything. Even with the police? Yeah. So, a violent man who just attacked
10:45your 12-year-old, you left him with two of the kids and took two next door? Because...
10:49I suspect or suggest that any mother who was trying to protect all four kids would have
10:53grabbed all four and run out the door. No, it was because I told him I was going to the
11:04shop, because if I had phoned the police there and then, it would have been a massive...
11:08How did you feel when they didn't bring any charges? Trapped. I had no help from anyone.
11:14I was stuck. What sort of father was he? Not a good one. See, Catherine, his ex says, Frank
11:21is a fantastic dad to all of his kids. He's always there for them. Frank and I split up
11:25nine years ago. But we have stayed amicable because he's a decent guy and our break-up
11:30has never stopped him being a part of his children's lives. I feel like Lisa is being
11:34difficult and this is unnecessary situation she's caused. He doesn't deserve this. Frank,
11:38all he wants is to see his kids and they should have their father in their lives. But you've
11:44got history. You did this before, didn't you? No. You were with somebody when you met him.
11:49No, I wasn't. I was not with anybody when I got with him. He was with his ex when we
11:55got together and I didn't know about that. Can you not look at him? No, I don't want
11:58to see him ever again. But you have children with him. And do you believe... I'm only asking,
12:04I'm interested. Is it fair that you uprooted those children and put them in another school
12:08and took them away from their father just because you and he don't get on? It's not
12:11just because of that. It's for the children that I did it for. He reported you missing
12:15to the police because you disappeared off the face of the earth with his children. I'm
12:19just... I can't... Look, I can only go, right, he says, she says, she says, he says. Is that
12:25fair on the kids, Lisa? Yes, because in the last three weeks they've been the happiest
12:30I've ever seen them. Good to answer that, Frank. Is that true, Jason? Yeah. Yeah, absolutely.
12:35Without his dad. Without his favourite blanket. I've got his favourite blanket that I've carried
12:40around for three weeks. I bought him a new one. He's happy. He says you're a drinker
12:43who's always picking the pub over your kids anyway. No, that's not true. She doesn't look
12:47like a drinker, does she? She doesn't look like a drinker, she doesn't look like a bad
12:50mother. She looks for somebody who's been dealing on her own for three weeks with four
12:54kids. She looks remarkably cool, doesn't she? She went out with her sister, which they put
12:58on Facebook to rub it in, on Halloween. Where was the three kids... Where was the four kids?
13:04Those four? They were safe with my mum. Was she not allowed a night out then, no? Yeah,
13:09she was. Where's Sophie, your sister? There with the purple hair. The one who took my
13:14teddy bear. He's a liar. Why? Well, he took pictures of the rest of the house. I have
13:21done. You see the holes in every door that she's had to hide with pictures... She's speaking
13:25now. ...that the kids have made. Massive holes all over the doors. Every single time, any
13:32tiny little thing, he goes from zero to 100. His temper is ridiculous. He is scared to
13:38the living daylights out of all of the kids. It's fat. Absolutely. I mean, if he'd have
13:43said it to me, I'd be scared. So when he's saying it to the kids... Do you know my problem
13:47with this? My problem with this is that, I'm going to be really honest, I'm struggling
13:54with you two girls to not buy them. Maybe the audience disagree with me, but there's
14:01something about these two that I buy. Even her very calmly said it. She's not ranting
14:06and raving and shouting and screaming. If I took photos of the rest of the house, would
14:10there be holes in the walls, Frank? No. There's in the doors... Yes, there's holes. There's
14:15a hole in the living room wall, which is covered with wallpaper. There's a hole in each...
14:21Why are there holes? Because he punches and kicks the doors. Is that true? Yes or no?
14:24And he gets angry. Is that true? I have done once, yeah. Once. Every single door in my
14:29house has got holes in it. Listen, on the hospital record, when you brought your wrist
14:31hitting me, right, and you went into the hospital... And you got arrested. Me, because
14:36I rang the police. Yeah, because you slapped me across the face. She said I slapped her.
14:40She said I slapped her. He did. That's why he got arrested. Jeremy. Lisa, you're not
14:44what I expected, and I'm buying you. I'm sorry, I am. Everybody's got an opinion, Jeremy.
14:49I mean, how many times do I sit here and go run for the hills? I said it earlier. She
14:53took off to Bristol a couple of weeks back, and she left Junior. She gets in Junior's
14:58face, told him that she hated him. That's not true. Yes, it is, Lisa, and you know it.
15:02That's not true. You're not going to back down, are you? Nope. I've had enough. She's
15:06always... Supervised access? Nope. They don't want to see him. They do want to... You should
15:11see, because you... Oh, to me, it's always really simple, and this isn't simple. I'm
15:17not putting my fingers through that. They were so much happier in the last three weeks
15:20than I'd ever seen them. Jeremy, I've got all the messages on my phone, I can assure
15:21you. You've gone very quiet. I'm letting her speak. I'm here to rant over her. I've said
15:26what I think of him, and actually, I was going to say before, he's trying to get the
15:30kids and everything. In the days after Lisa left, one of your posts on Facebook, that
15:36great feeling when you changed the locks. Yeah, because I didn't want her friend from
15:39round the corner coming round while I was at work and taking more stuff. That awesome
15:43feeling when you change all the locks. Yeah, that was me. I changed the front door lock
15:49because I didn't want... I felt she took a key. Do you still love Lisa? I do. I love
15:53her too. I've done everything for her, Jeremy. If he loved me, he wouldn't have treated me
15:59that way. Jeremy, I wasn't allowed to watch anything on TV. Rugby, I wasn't allowed to
16:03go out with my friends. I wasn't allowed to watch football aftershaves because it reminded
16:07you of your ex. No, there was one aftershave that I didn't like you wearing, and that was
16:13because it gives me a migraine. My kids, my... Is that fair enough? Jeremy, Jeremy, my other
16:19two children, the last time they come round to mine was Christmas last year before I drove
16:24Lisa up to her family and we spent Christmas up to hers on Christmas Eve. That's not anything
16:28to do with me. You wouldn't let... I did everything for those kids. When Catherine decided she
16:33didn't want them, I took them in. You don't do nothing for our kids, Lisa. Look at the
16:38state of the house. Yeah, the house wasn't in a good state, was it? That's what he's
16:41done. It wasn't like that when I left. The police were there. It wasn't like that when
16:46I left. You can ask Sophie. She was there. Jeremy, the police were there with one of
16:50them square cameras on, and they saw all the beer cans at the front were... Condoms, he
16:54said he found. All the condoms in your bedroom. That doesn't make any sense. He lives in the
16:59house. Why would I leave condoms in... It doesn't make any sense. He's there. Like,
17:04how would I... I never went in the bedroom. No, it was only the past three weeks. Yeah,
17:06why didn't he sleep in the bed with you? I didn't want to. But when she came back from
17:11Bristol after she left, she slept with me that once in nine months. Not being me, but
17:14we haven't had sex for about six months because I don't want to. I don't like him. I've lost
17:18everything for him. I used to love him. You've gained everything. You've gained your family
17:23back in Bristol. Your mum, because of your past. Don't even start bringing my mum into
17:29this because she's not here. Right, OK, I'm going to... I brought you here for my kids.
17:34You will not talk to me. None of your family will talk to me. Don't get it evils. You don't
17:38deserve it. Get it evils because you're just... All this, Frank. Now, you mentioned my mum.
17:43My mum has had no influence on her doing that. Are you telling me that they're a guy
17:46who has no convictions for what you say he's done? I'm just pointing out the facts. The
17:52police said... He's not allowed to see his kids. No. Jeremy, the police said that the
17:56stories didn't add up. She went four hours after... So what are your options? Your options
17:59are court. Court, yeah. With my... I'll take him through court. But he probably will get
18:04access to your children. Is it not better to sort it out yourself? No. Why not? I've
18:11done everything for you, Lisa. I've always been there for my kids. I've delivered for
18:15you. I know you're still in love with them, mate. The hardest thing in the world is when
18:17you realise the person you're in love with doesn't love you anymore. She doesn't love
18:19you. Is she using the kids as a weapon or is, in fact, she doing what she believes is
18:24the right thing? I'm protecting my children. Why did you marry him if you're scared of
18:30him? Because it wasn't always bad. It's... You know, the last six months have been hell.
18:36You drinking outside, yeah, with all the neighbours? A couple of weeks ago, Jeremy, she was really
18:41dead high. And that's why he didn't like... That's why it got worse. No, it wasn't. You
18:44don't want him back, but is it fair to do that? I don't want her back. Yes, because
18:47I'm protecting him. I've got the house decorated. I've redecorated the house in the past three
18:51weeks. Changed the locks. I've changed the locks because I didn't want her friend coming
18:53round. I've redecorated... What are we going to do, people? Are you going to sit down and
18:57talk about this? Do you really want to put your kids through... The house is yours for
18:59my kids. I don't want the house. I'm not coming back. The kids' schools are there. Yeah, but
19:04she wanted you to leave and you didn't. I will... I've always said, if she wanted me
19:07to leave, I will leave. She's such a liar. I told you. Ever since you attacked my daughter...
19:14I attacked your daughter? Yes, you attacked my daughter. The police said your stories
19:19didn't add up. What happened? She was... I didn't let her speak. Stop trying to... Ever
19:24since he attacked my daughter... I never attacked her. Yes, you did. No, I didn't. Yes, you
19:29did. No, I didn't. I was there. I saw it for myself. You said that it was eight at room
19:32a minute ago. No, I wasn't in the kitchen. I was in the dining room. I can still see.
19:37You weren't compromising in any way? No, like I was... Your kids will be dragged through
19:42a court case. They won't be dragged anywhere. They will be dragged through every court.
19:45You'll take them through court. They won't be dragged anywhere. That statement doesn't
19:49make any sense. They won't be dragged, will they? You don't feed her. What I'm saying
19:52is they will have to go through this process. Was it when she went out and you said... Because
19:56she didn't make the tea before she left. They don't want to see you. What's wrong with you
20:00putting some food on? How often do you do that? I do. When I'm at work, what's this?
20:05I go mad about my tea not being on time. Can I just be really honest with you? I'm not
20:08going to shout and scream because this lady is not for turning, pal. I know. And I would
20:15venture to... Shut up a minute. I would venture to suggest that she must have damn good reason
20:20to be this firm. I've done this for 11 years. She's got somebody else. Have you? No, she
20:25hasn't. No. Between seeing me and my mum and where she stayed... My mum has seen the mess.
20:32You're arguing and you've missed what I buy because you don't shout at... I literally
20:35never want to ever get in another relationship. Ever. Let's concentrate on the kids. You're
20:40not prepared to sit with us and go through any process at all. What do you mean, no?
20:44They're my kids, Lisa. I've been there from day one. I've provided. I've been up with
20:48them in the middle of the night when they've been ill. The reason I buy this woman, and
20:52I'm not saying I agree with either side, is that she is not angry. She's not shouting
20:55and screaming. She's dead focused on what she thinks, and for me there has to be a reason.
21:00We will offer that. We will keep that open. He has obvious rights as the father of the
21:04children. He wouldn't leave. I told him I didn't want to be with him. But you two do
21:08not have to be together, but he can be involved in the children's lives. But she says she
21:12has proof that they don't want anything to do with you. I hope that both of you, whatever
21:15course of action you take, you think only of one thing, and that's your four children
21:20because it's the most important thing. Yes, that's what I am doing. You're not. I've literally
21:23always been taken away from my dad. Thank you for coming. You that way, you two go that
21:26way. Thank you very much indeed. He was staying at your house. You're pregnant with his kid
21:36and he cheats at your house with somebody else. I didn't cheat on her. I got caught
21:40messaging people. I didn't do nothing. You didn't ask a girl for a picture of her in
21:45her underwear, no? Yeah, I did, yeah. Exactly, Daniel.
21:57Oh, what are you trying to get at, are you? Have you heard the news? The NTAs are back.
22:04Oh, the NTAs. Why don't you take a promo, Jez? Because everybody will vote for you.
22:08No, they don't. 12 years, 2,000 shows. I've been abused. I've been threatened. I've been
22:12ill. Everything's happened in my life. Nobody gives a damn about me. You're not. Nobody's
22:16interested. I'm not. Oh, and there it is, isn't it? It's all about you. It's about Big
22:21Steve. Everybody Big Steve. Nobody gives a damn about Jez anymore. Well, do you know
22:25what? I'm going to a dark room to lie down.
22:52Hello. Security guard on Jeremy Gale's show. Very, very butch, very manly.
23:03Protect me for a change. You like the big man, do you? Oh, I love the big man.
23:16Good morning and welcome to my show.
23:22APPLAUSE
23:32Thank you very much indeed. Welcome back. My next guest today, Connie, is here for all
23:35important Lie Detector results to find out if her on-off partner, Jamie, has in fact
23:39stolen her savings. Now, Connie says she ended the relationship after Jamie cheated on her
23:44while she was pregnant with his kid, and she is certain he is to blame for that money going
23:48missing. In fact, she goes further and says, this man is a thief, a liar and a cheat, and
23:52today, she says, I've had enough of the disrespect he shows me and our ten-week-old daughter.
23:57Today, it's about the truth and then I'm done. Nervous because it's a big day. She's in the
24:01green room. Let's go and say hello to her. Connie should be in here.
24:05Hi, darling. Hi. Big day, right? Steph with you. Tell us a little bit more. How long were
24:10you with Jamie? Just under a year. Separated in July. Why? Because I was on the family
24:18holiday, pregnant with his child, and he cheated on me. How did you find out? I just had a
24:29feeling, and I hacked onto his Facebook. I saw all these messages, one of them to his
24:36ex, saying, my family are out of town. Why don't you come round? This is to my house.
24:41He was staying at your house? Yeah. You're pregnant with his kid and he cheats at your
24:46house with somebody else? But he said it was just messages. Did you get rid of him
24:50straight away or did you fall for his BS? No, he was out of the house before I came
24:54back from holiday. Oh, he ran, did he? No, I told him he had to go. Good for you. He's
24:59a compulsive liar. Yeah. He's taken belongings from my house before. Yeah. He still calls
25:05you his partner, but we broke up. Obviously, the kid is a separate issue and that's difficult.
25:10Is he involved with the child or not? Yeah, no, he comes down and sees her a lot. I mean,
25:13because I have another child as well. Tell us that, actually, you're still together.
25:17He's quite a controlling person. He keeps telling the team stuff, oh, we're still together.
25:20She's just going through a phase. She loves me. We'll get back together. Well, yeah, obviously,
25:24I do still love him, but there's no trust. How can I trust him after he's done this to
25:29me? Let's talk about the money. We've done the cheating. Let's talk about the money that
25:33allegedly he stole. That's why we're here today. OK, so I had some money that I was
25:37giving to my mum to save up for my birthday so I could go shopping to get some clothes.
25:43My mum wanted to borrow it for Greece because she was going on holiday. She's gone to the
25:48tin to get the money and it wasn't there. And I didn't know where the tin was because
25:53I told her to keep it out of my sight so I couldn't go in there and get it out. But when
25:58she went to go and get the money out, it wasn't there. First thing you thought when that money
26:03went missing, Jamie, right? Yeah, because he... But it is the thing, right? Don't take
26:07it the wrong way. Say today the lie detector, theft lie detector says that this guy is a
26:11liar and he's taken that money. You've already said in your own words you still love him
26:15despite the fact that he cheated on you whilst you were pregnant in your own house. So he
26:19could fail today and you'd still have him back, wouldn't you? No. Why? If he fails today,
26:23then I know he's lied about everything else and that'll be it. I'll say to him, you know,
26:26I don't want you in my life. You can still see your baby. Do you know what I want to
26:30say to you in the nicest possible way? We've set our own bar in life and if a guy thinks
26:33he can cheat on you and maybe or maybe not steal from you, you're worth a shed load more
26:38than that. Can I tell you how controlling this bloke is, right? This guy slagged off
26:43your family to us big time. He doesn't want any of your family here because presumably,
26:47I don't know, is he scared of you having some support? Maybe thinks he can play you. Your
26:51mum, Krista, says I've never liked Jamie. He's a liar, he's a cheat, I believe he's
26:54a thief. He's treated my daughter Connie in the most appalling way, has no respect for
26:58her or their child. In my opinion, he's a waste of space that's ruining her life and
27:02it's about time he stopped sponging off her. I absolutely know, says your mum, Jamie will
27:07fail the lie detector and when he does I hope Connie sees sense and leaves him for good.
27:11He's nothing but a criminal. What's that voice for? Oh, is this you, the cheat?
27:14Yeah, that's me.
27:15Oh, you feel good about that, do you?
27:16No.
27:17Why did you cheat on her then?
27:18I didn't cheat on her. I got caught messaging people. I didn't do nothing other than message
27:20people.
27:21You're still cheating, Jamie, though, innit?
27:22Yeah, of course it is, yeah.
27:23Telling other girls you love them.
27:24Yeah, of course it is, yeah.
27:25You were telling girls that you love them in her house while she's pregnant with your
27:28kid and you're here to justify yourself, are you?
27:30I'm not here to justify myself for that. I'm here to do the result that I came here to do.
27:34They were quite explicit, the messages, weren't they?
27:36Yeah, they were quite explicit.
27:37What did you say?
27:38At the beginning of the relationship, yeah.
27:39What did you say? It was the beginning. She was pregnant.
27:41No, they weren't explicit at that time.
27:43Oh, right. What did they say?
27:44So you didn't ask a girl for a picture of her in her underwear, no?
27:46Yeah, I did, yeah.
27:47Exactly, Jamie.
27:48At the beginning of our relationship, I did, yeah.
27:50And I stupidly, stupidly believed you wouldn't do it again.
27:53Yeah.
27:54How many other times did you do it to me?
27:55So, and then after that, after that then, after all this has happened with the holiday and stuff,
27:59which you're more than welcome to obviously say, you know...
28:02Why wouldn't you like her family to be here today?
28:04I didn't say I didn't want her family here.
28:06Slagged her family off, though, haven't you?
28:07Yeah, I have slagged her family off.
28:08Why?
28:09Because the day I moved into the house...
28:10People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones, should they?
28:13No, they shouldn't. No, they shouldn't, but...
28:15Well, you are.
28:16But, can I just say something?
28:17From the moment I moved into that house, before anything even happened,
28:19her dad and the rest of her family weren't willing to even talk to me.
28:22I don't blame them.
28:23No, they weren't, but they didn't know nothing about it.
28:24If you were going out with my daughter, I wouldn't let you in my street, let alone my house.
28:27Yeah, that's understandable, but what, what, what...
28:30I don't understand what you mean by that.
28:32Why do you tell people you're still with her? She dumped you in July.
28:34Yeah, but now she won't tell her family that we're back together.
28:36She was sleeping with me a week ago.
28:37Is that true?
28:38Yeah.
28:39Yeah.
28:40Last Friday, yeah.
28:41And we are still together, and I swear on my baby's life we're still together,
28:44but she doesn't want to tell her family.
28:45Swear on your baby's life?
28:46How many more times are you going to do that?
28:47It wasn't a week ago.
28:48It wasn't a week ago.
28:50And I didn't nick the money, and it was the 18th.
28:52Oh, I swear on my baby's life that I ain't going to cheat on you no more.
28:55It was the 18th of November.
28:56She got a hotel for her birthday.
28:58She told her family she was spending the night in a hotel on her own,
29:01and then she said, meet me at the taxi rank after I've finished on my night out.
29:04Yeah, I can admit that, Jamie.
29:05I can admit that, Jamie.
29:06So she's been lying to her family about being with me for ages.
29:08When her dad comes round, her mum lies to her.
29:10But hold on a second.
29:11She wanted to have a family with you, and you turned out to be a liar and a cheat.
29:13But she's making it out like they don't want me at the house.
29:16You're surprised.
29:17She's probably embarrassed by the thought of anybody being with a person like you.
29:20You're justifying what you've done.
29:22I'm not justifying what I've done, but you're telling me what I'm controlling.
29:25Wait a minute.
29:26You've had your say and talked about me while I was in there.
29:28Oh, really?
29:29Here we go.
29:30Give it your best shot, because I'm sat down, son.
29:32Listen, I haven't come here to have an argument with you.
29:34Really?
29:35Why don't you answer the question, then?
29:36You cheated on her.
29:37Yeah, I did.
29:38No, I didn't cheat on her properly.
29:39Probably doesn't tell her family, because they don't like you anyway,
29:42and they'd probably take her away from you.
29:44They wouldn't take her away from me.
29:45Because she lies to her family every time her dad comes round.
29:47I have to hide upstairs.
29:48Why do you put up with this?
29:49Because I'm staying at her house still.
29:50She says I come round to see the kids.
29:51I'm still living there.
29:52Are you?
29:53Is he?
29:54Yeah, at the moment, yeah.
29:55Thank you very much.
29:56No, why, then?
29:57Why would you do that?
29:58Because he gave me all the he wants to be near his kids and all that.
30:03And you're sleeping with him.
30:04Keep trying to get a job.
30:05Every job interview he gets a chance to go to, he's just buoying off.
30:07Am I?
30:08So I tried to cancel to come today.
30:10Yeah, because you're just trying to push it away.
30:12Just wait.
30:13One minute.
30:14I tried to cancel today because I had a job interview at 2 o'clock.
30:17Instead, just to prove I didn't steal the money,
30:19I rang my job interview people, who I've actually rearranged twice already,
30:22and told them I need to move it to London.
30:24Why did you rearrange them twice before today?
30:26Because you couldn't go.
30:27No, Ella was in hospital.
30:28Yeah.
30:29I was with her 24-7.
30:31That didn't stop you from going, did it?
30:33But you've changed your true love.
30:34You've got him in your house and you're having sex with him.
30:36Once, yeah, once.
30:37That's not once, Connie.
30:38It was once.
30:39I mean, you're having a go at me every night.
30:41So since we split up.
30:42You're having a go at me every night because I don't want to have sex with you,
30:45because I'm not in the mood, Jamie.
30:46No, no, no.
30:47And then you're making me feel bad because you think I'm just making excuses.
30:51It was one time.
30:52Since we split up in July, I was living above a pub.
30:55I'm working in a pub, running a pub, okay?
30:57Every Monday and Tuesday, I got off.
30:59Every Monday and Tuesday, I would book a hotel.
31:01You would come and stay with me.
31:02Yeah, with the kids, yeah.
31:03Yeah?
31:04Did you sleep with me in the hotel?
31:05Yeah, I did, yeah.
31:06So it was only once.
31:07But, but, it doesn't matter, Jamie.
31:09You're making me out like I'm some big monster and I've done nothing,
31:11and your family...
31:12You've stolen the money.
31:13No, I've never taken the money.
31:14I've never taken from my kids.
31:15I've never stolen anything.
31:16What have I taken from your house?
31:18What about mum's alcohol, all that?
31:20Oh, my God.
31:21I drank a bottle of wine above the fridge.
31:23It's hardly stealing, is it?
31:24I drank a bottle of wine above the fridge.
31:26You do understand I'm on your side,
31:27but the point is you've lost the moral high ground.
31:29He's upstairs, hiding from your dad when he comes round.
31:32You're having sex with him.
31:33And I didn't take your money.
31:34And that's going to show you that now.
31:36We asked Jamie, did you steal the money that went missing from Krista's bedroom?
31:38He said no.
31:39Why did you say no?
31:40Because I was telling the truth.
31:41This test says you're a liar, pal.
31:45I wasn't lying.
31:46There you are, mate.
31:47I was not lying.
31:48Yeah, of course you were.
31:49So there you are.
31:50Listen, I swear to you on my grandad's ashes,
31:52I haven't taken that money.
31:53Oh, my God, really?
31:54Oh, my God, I didn't even know what tin it was in.
31:55Do you know what, yeah?
31:56I don't have it in my life no more.
31:58You can see or don't, but that is it.
32:01I haven't.
32:02Listen, Conor.
32:03Please, get him away from me.
32:04Conor, just get him away from her, Dan.
32:06Please, get him away from her.
32:07Conor, come here.
32:08Conor, listen.
32:09Come here.
32:10Come here.
32:11No, I'm not getting that one.
32:12I swear to you.
32:13Get away from me, Jamie.
32:14You can see or don't, but that is it.
32:16Listen to me.
32:17We are finished, Jamie.
32:18Listen.
32:19Nothing else matters.
32:20You can see or don't, but you can take that from me.
32:23Listen.
32:24Listen.
32:25Listen to me.
32:26Listen to me.
32:27Here comes the control.
32:29No, I'm not in any control, right?
32:31Do you know what?
32:32This has made me see something.
32:33Listen.
32:34No, listen to me.
32:35You're listening to me now, right?
32:36No, you're listening to me now, yeah?
32:38This just proves to me you've lied to everything
32:41throughout our entire relationship, yeah?
32:43Listen to me.
32:44Listen, please.
32:45Listen a minute.
32:46Oh, here we go.
32:47What is it?
32:48Oh, no.
32:49No, Jamie, I don't give a...
32:50Listen.
32:51Why did you fail the test, then?
32:53I swear to you, I haven't taken your money.
32:55Get him out of my building, Dan.
32:57Do not even allow him to follow.
32:58Get him out of my building.
32:59Get him out.
33:00Come here, darling.
33:01He's gone.
33:02Come here.
33:03Calm down and get out.
33:06And now we're playing the big man up here.
33:09He's now trying to attack the security guard.
33:12Listen.
33:13Listen to me.
33:15The easiest thing in the world...
33:17Gee's here, right?
33:18..is for people who are not involved to be quite clinical.
33:21And do you know what?
33:22I'm glad in there it came out that you've seen him
33:24and you've tried to forgive him
33:26and you've hidden the truth from your parents.
33:28Because you know what?
33:29Now you know definitively.
33:30Darling, I know, actually, more than you'd know.
33:33It's horrible.
33:34But you've got to look in the mirror and go,
33:36am I actually able to trust that bloke?
33:38I'm not onto this.
33:39I know that he's...
33:40If he can lie about this, he's been lying about everything.
33:43You're worth more than that.
33:44He ain't nothing to do with me, not yet.
33:46Do you mean that?
33:47He can see his daughter, but that's it.
33:49I hope you stick to that, because shall I tell you why?
33:52You will wake up if you get through the pain
33:54and we'll help you with that.
33:55If you get through the pain of being separated and all that,
33:58you'll come out the other side
33:59and you'll know you're worth more than that.
34:01We'll leave you with Graham, all right, darling?
34:03Thank you very much indeed.
34:05APPLAUSE
34:12My next guest today, Mickey, is desperate to discover
34:15he's the father to girlfriend Corrie's 17-week-old son.
34:18Now, Mickey says his relationship was perfect
34:20and he was utterly overjoyed when Corrie fell pregnant,
34:22but he says his happiness has been tarnished by constant rumours
34:25and allegations that he's not the father.
34:27He's tried to put this to the back of his mind,
34:29but admits that he's struggling to bond with the child.
34:31He's here for answers, and he says he's desperate to discover
34:34if the rumours really are true.
34:36Is he raising another man's baby? Massive day for this guy.
34:38They love each other, but this is a major obstacle.
34:40Mickey is on The Jeremy Carr Show. That way.
34:42APPLAUSE
34:50Please sit down, then I'll appear less short.
34:52Welcome to the show.
34:54This is a really weird story,
34:56and when I say weird, I don't mean that badly.
34:58You've been with Corrie for three years.
35:00How did you meet?
35:02Well, at a party. What?
35:04At a party. At a house party.
35:06Look at the smile on your face. You love her, don't you?
35:08Oh, yeah, yeah. Way, eh, man?
35:12We knew we were ready to start for a baby.
35:15Yeah. She became pregnant,
35:17and you suffered the horror, both of you,
35:19of her having a miscarriage at six weeks.
35:22Yeah. It's a hard time.
35:24But six months later, you tried again. Take us from there.
35:28Everything was fine, obviously.
35:30Over the moon, another baby on the way, do you know what I mean?
35:33Took everything, like, extra precocious
35:35with, obviously, what had happened.
35:37And, like, I was working a lot,
35:39and I got to where we were in, like, a bad area.
35:43Like, we were living in a bad area,
35:45so, like, everyone was involved in everyone's business,
35:47and I wanted away from that.
35:49So I was putting extra hours in at work so, like, we could move away.
35:52And with her moving away, it started, like,
35:54it started offending people for some reason.
35:56Jealousy. Yeah. And people started stirring it.
35:59Yeah. Started rumours.
36:01Saying what?
36:03Just that, like, apparently she's told people that it's not mine and that...
36:08Two months into the second pregnancy,
36:10rumours went round that she was cheating on me.
36:12You were told that blokes were seen in the house when you were at work.
36:17Yeah. It's been non-stop.
36:19When you held the baby for the first time, you thought...?
36:22I was looking for other people's faces in them.
36:26It kills me when I look at him, knowing that he might not be mine.
36:29But here's the issue, she's never said that you're not the father.
36:32Oh, no. Never?
36:33How does she react to the fact that you've been with her for three years
36:36and you don't believe her?
36:37No, I don't believe her.
36:39Then why were you here?
36:41Cos I need to, like, I need to stop the rumours, do you know what I mean?
36:44Why don't you just tell him to get lost?
36:46I have for a year. I have for a year. It doesn't stop.
36:49Did you move out of the area? Yeah, yeah.
36:51Well, now, when, like... The world's a very strange place.
36:54Yes, the world is. Oh, I know.
36:56You want this, don't you, to stick two fingers, right?
36:58Oh, yeah, that's one reason I'm here, do you know what I mean?
37:01What if it's true and she's a player?
37:03It would destroy us. It would kill us. It would.
37:06I like you. I need the truth.
37:08If I'm not the dad, me and Corey are over.
37:10If I am, these people are finished.
37:14Oh, she's walked off. She's upset. Come on, then. Come on, then.
37:17She's really nervous, this girl, actually, to be honest.
37:20Walked off with one of the producers. Do you love this girl?
37:23Oh, yeah. Yeah? More than anything.
37:25In the world? Yeah.
37:31Hi, sweetheart, you all right?
37:39I read the sweetest thing in the world about you.
37:42Cos you think I'm horrible, don't you?
37:45No.
37:47You said, if he starts having a go at me,
37:49I might not be able to answer the questions and he'll think I'm really thick.
37:52He'll think you're all right. Why are there rumours?
37:55Cos people are jealous?
37:57Yes.
37:59Cheated on him? No, I haven't.
38:01Kid is? Yes.
38:03Do you know what she said?
38:05She said, he's the only boy I've ever been with. Is that true?
38:08Yes. You love him, don't you?
38:10Where are the results? Don't look so scared.
38:13Unless you've anything to... Please, God, I'm going behind you.
38:17Really? Really?
38:20Cos you're the child's biological father.
38:34So whichever one of you stirring, boring little individuals somewhere in Newcastle
38:38thought it was a good idea to play with their relationship, do one.
38:41He is the dad. They're happy.
38:47Good to meet you. Nice girl. See, I wasn't scary, all right?
38:50Happy? Yes. It's yours.
38:52Thank you. Give him a round of applause.
38:54Thank you very much indeed, guys.
38:58I like those two. Right after the break, Amanda lost his mum at 15.
39:02But the big question, has he found his father 17 years later?
39:06We're right back.
39:08The DNA test has got to show that William...
39:17Have you been accused of cheating?
39:20Do you need to prove your innocence with a lie detector?

39:47CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
39:53Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back.
39:55My next guest today, Steve, is desperate to find out
39:57if he's finally found his father at the age of 15.
39:59Steve sadly lost his mother to cancer
40:01and thought that he'd lost any chance at all of finding his dad
40:04as he knew nothing about him.
40:05Imagine this, just seven weeks ago,
40:07Steve receives a Facebook message from a man called William
40:09who stated he could indeed be Steve's father.
40:11Now, since that whirlwind, the pair have met up,
40:13but Steve says he can't really form a true bond if he knows the truth.
40:1742 years this guy has waited.
40:19Has he finally found his father? It's a massive day for him.
40:22Steve is on The Jeremy Carr Show. Give him a round of applause.
40:25CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
40:33I was thinking this morning when I was reading this,
40:35I think a lot of people would take it for granted, wouldn't they?
40:38However good or bad our parents are,
40:40we take for granted that we've known them.
40:42You're 42 years of age, no knowledge at all?
40:45No, none.
40:48When you were young, growing up,
40:50and I know you sadly lost your mum when you were 15,
40:52we'll talk about that in a minute, did you ask questions?
40:55Did you wonder why there wasn't a guy around?
40:58At the time, yeah, I did.
41:00But I asked my mum and she just didn't want to talk about it.
41:05Was that difficult? Yeah, it was.
41:08I was 15 when she died of cancer.
41:10She was in a hospice, so frail, she passed away with the answers.
41:13That must have been awful. Yeah, it was.
41:16Who looked after you? My grandmother.
41:19She was...
41:23She was like my mum.
41:25You thought you'd lost all hope and the difficult thing for us,
41:28these stories come to us and we do our best to try and get some answers.
41:32You'd given up looking for your dad, then seven weeks ago,
41:35tell us what happened.
41:37My potential father inboxed me and he says,
41:42is your mum called Sheila?
41:45So I said, yeah.
41:47And he says, OK, how is she?
41:50So I said, she died.
41:53She passed away over 20 years ago.
41:56So I just said, OK, I'm so sorry to hear that.
42:00And then we just talked for a bit, texted for a bit,
42:04he said to me, I knew your dad.
42:07Then I asked him, was he my dad?
42:10And he said, well, there's two in the frame, there's me
42:14and there's another guy in the frame.
42:17You met up with William. Yeah.
42:20What was that like?
42:23Yeah, it was a bit uncomfy at first,
42:26then after that it felt all right.
42:29I was pretty sure that he was my father then.
42:32You've really, really bonded with this guy.
42:34You say, we just want this closure to be sure,
42:37and you're praying that he is your dad,
42:39because for you, there's many missing parts of your life
42:42and this will give you a fortune.
42:45And talk to me quickly about Mike.
42:48He's potentially your brother.
42:50Yeah, we did get on like brothers.
42:52You know, he's down every day.
42:54He says that seven weeks ago he was shot here,
42:56I might have another brother, I had no idea Stephen existed.
42:59I get on so well, we go out on the town together.
43:02Yeah, we do.
43:03Looking after you and your brother.
43:05Your potential dad's not in the greatest of health,
43:08but bless his heart, he's come here today.
43:10Yeah.
43:11I mean, I do this a long time,
43:13but what does this mean to you personally?
43:16It would mean closure.
43:18It would mean I've actually finally found my dad.
43:21And it would mean all the years of searching.
43:25I guess it's the missing piece of your life
43:27that might make it complete.
43:28Really respect you for coming here today, pal.
43:30We'll try and do this as quickly as possible.
43:32Shall we get him out?
43:33Yeah.
43:34Your potential dad, William, is on the Jeremy Carr Show.
43:36That way.
43:50William, welcome to the show.
43:51I know that you're not in the best of health.
43:53I appreciate you enormously for being here.
43:55What does this mean to you today?
44:05It means a lot to me.
44:08Did you have any idea before you made contact seven...
44:12Was it seven months ago, yeah?
44:13Seven weeks ago.
44:14Seven weeks ago.
44:15Did you have any...
44:16What did you know?
44:17Did you think you had a son? What?
44:19I had a suspicion.
44:22Can I ask the obvious question?
44:25Why you didn't do something about it sooner, I'm just asking.
44:37When I found him on Facebook,
44:38I was devastated to discover that his mum had passed away.
44:41Oh, yeah, yeah.
44:42Cos he'd been on his own.
44:45You've met, you've bonded, what's that been like?
44:51Fantastic.
44:52And what would today mean for you?
45:06I read that you...
45:07I mean, you're very ill, your health is deteriorating.
45:10You want to build a bond while you can.
45:12He deserves the truth.
45:13You say, I want to provide him with that family unit
45:15before it's too late for me.
45:16And that's a nice guy, lovely thing.
45:19Mike is your son.
45:21Unfortunately, yes.
45:24Why are you saying that in the middle of a DNA story?
45:26He's my youngest, he's a bit of a lad.
45:29Is he?
45:30He's a good one.
45:31Yeah?
45:32A good lad, yeah.
45:33Right, shall we get him out?
45:34If you want to, yes.
45:37Can I just say, if he is your dad,
45:38this is what you're going to get used to.
45:39Mike's on the Jeremy Carl Show that way.
45:41Give him a round of applause.
45:43CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
45:51Bit of an handful, apparently, is that right?
45:53I'm sure they say, yeah.
45:55Chip off the old block, eh?
45:57In a way, yeah.
45:59Mike, welcome to the show.
46:01You say, they look so alike,
46:04and it means it's been weird for you the last few weeks, right?
46:07Yeah.
46:10It came right out of the blue, right?
46:11Yeah, that was quite a shock to me when my dad came home and told me.
46:14I didn't want to think, to be honest with you, at first,
46:16but we met him and got on like an oasis on fire straight away,
46:20didn't we?
46:21Yeah.
46:22You're 90% sure as well, aren't you?
46:24Yeah.
46:25Are you sure?
46:26Almost, yeah.
46:28Your partner's in the audience.
46:29Where's Anna?
46:30What does this mean to Ste, Anna?
46:32Everything.
46:34I said it at the beginning of the part,
46:36it's really easy to take for granted, isn't it?
46:38You know who your mum is, you know who your dad is,
46:40but for some people they don't, and that can never be easy, right?
46:43Yeah.
46:45Shall we do it?
46:46Yeah.
46:47Are you all right?
46:48Yeah.
46:4942 years, one phone call and hopefully some good news.
46:52Are you all right, sir?
46:53Yep.
46:56The DNA test does not show that William...
47:03I don't know how to tell you this, he's not your biological father.
47:07I understand.
47:08I'm so sorry.
47:09No, it's all right, it's all right.
47:12It's all right.
47:13I'm so sorry.
47:14You were 90% sure.
47:18I'm completely shocked by that.
47:20It's all right.
47:23Poor man.
47:24Does that mean you know who it is?
47:26Well, we...
47:28We have a name.
47:31What I loved about what you both said was that you said that
47:34he'll be your mate for life.
47:36Yeah, definitely.
47:37Yeah.
47:38Which is nice.
47:42And I think...
47:45I think, for you, it's not the answer that you wanted,
47:49but it gets you further down the road, and I have to say...
47:53I've met some brilliant people.
47:55Well, the way they've extended themselves
47:57and the way that they've opened their hearts to you
48:00says an awful lot, and that's not going to change, is it?
48:03We have a name, and we have a rough idea where he lives.
48:07But we don't know to get to him, because he's on Facebook.
48:11Right, well, I think we'll do that, then, shall we?
48:14Would you like us to do that for you?
48:16Cos I'd like to be able to say that, you know,
48:19we could find out your father,
48:21cos I think that's only right and proper,
48:23but I think it's lovely.
48:24I'm sorry it's not the...
48:25Look, I can only read out what's given,
48:27but you've said you've met people that you'll be friendly with for life,
48:30and this show will do all it can to get you the truth.
48:33Is that all right?
48:34Yeah.
48:35All right, mate.
48:36I'd like to all go together that way.
48:38Thank you very much indeed. Thanks for coming in.
48:40Give them a round of applause. Thank you.
