00:25 Yes, you can practice level 1 first and when you feel your body has got the stamina & flexibility

00:34 or you can mix up level 1 & level 2 and do it together
00:38 and just take 20 mins or 15 mins, you can take 20 mins if you want but 15 mins are more than enough
