00:14 Sit in any comfortable position and close your eyes.
00:18 Place your left hand on your left knee in Gyan Mudra.
00:21 Place your right hand in Pranayam Mudra.
00:24 Close the right nasika chedra with your right thumb.
00:28 Inhale through the left nasika chedra.
00:31 Close the left nasika chedra.
00:37 Exhale through the right nasika chedra.
00:40 Inhale through the right nasika chedra.
00:44 Exhale through the left nasika chedra.
