00:00 Namaskar, Welcome to F3 Yoga Meditation.
00:08 Today we will tell you about Gomukh Asana.
00:12 Sit in Sukhasana or Dandasana.
00:14 Now keep the left ankle near the right knee.
00:18 Cross the right leg over the left thigh and sit in such a way that one knee comes over the other.
00:26 Lift the right hand over the right shoulder and take it back.
00:31 Now take the left hand behind the back and tie both hands together.
00:36 Keep the body straight, keep the breath controlled and try to stop the yatha power in this state.
00:43 At the end, slowly leave the breath and sit in the Dandasana again.
00:48 Now keep the right ankle near the right knee.
00:52 Cross the left leg over the right thigh and sit in such a way that one knee comes over the other.
01:00 Turn the right hand behind the back and take the palms up.
01:04 Lift the left hand over the left shoulder and tie both hands together.
01:12 Keep your mouth up and breathe as per your ability.
01:16 Keep the breath controlled and try to stop the yatha power in this state.
01:20 At the end, slowly leave the breath and sit in the Dandasana again.
