00:11 Open your legs as wide as your shoulders and while breathing in, open both your hands to the right and left.
00:18 Now turn your upper body to the left and stop.
00:23 Keep your hands straight.
00:25 Now while breathing out, straighten up as before and move your hands from your legs.
00:31 Again, while breathing in, open both your hands and turn your upper body to the right and stop.
