00:50 So, I am going to tell you his magic formula, just 3 simple exercises

01:49 On this side, I am a little bit bent & after bending I am straightening my legs

02:00 Keep breathing out, when you lift up your legs then you should exhale
02:07 You will start this exercise in 10-15 days
02:12 Exercise no-2 is very simple but you have to see its form
02:17 You have to do it in a simple way like we do lunges
02:23 Keep your legs like this, bend a little bit
02:26 Don't take your knees forward, keep them back & then bend
02:31 You sit on this chair & bend
02:34 If you can't jump then don't worry, simple
02:44 If you can jump then jump & do it, if you can't jump then again keep your legs back & front
02:52 In a little bit comfortable position so that when you push yourself back
02:57 See, you are pushing your knees back with your elbows
03:00 So, when I will sit my knees will not go forward
03:03 Because if you will go forward then all your body weight will be on your knees
03:08 So, you have to keep your knees back & push your hips back & then sit a little bit

03:20 And exercise no-3, this is also a very very simple exercise
03:24 In this also you have to fold your legs, don't keep them straight
03:28 Keep your hands here & not straight in the middle & not on the sides
03:33 In the middle, when you will lift your legs then you have to bend a little bit
03:40 Now, I am straight, bend
03:44 Here also you have to breathe out when you will lift your legs
03:49 You will see that my legs are not going straight but they are slightly bent
03:53 And you have to touch your elbows on the sides
04:00 The difference is not straight, not on the sides but in the middle
