00:39 So that you can do high intensity exercise

00:43 These are only 3 high intensity exercises
00:46 Which if you do continuously for 15 days
00:49 Not only you will reduce weight but along with that
00:51 You will also have power, strength & flexibility
00:55 So, what you have to do
00:56 Because I am sure you have learned warm up, you have done various exercises
01:00 After doing all your level exercises
01:03 Now we are all set for the high intensity exercise
01:06 So, what you can do is, after warm up
01:08 You can start these exercises straight away
01:10 So, here we start with we have to do 30 exercises
01:14 And that will be 300
01:16 High knee jogging
01:18 Then after that 30 squats, proper squats
01:22 And after that 10 jump & push ups
01:27 So, if you do these 3 exercises
01:29 And you don't have to stop
01:31 You don't have to take a break
01:33 I will just show you, I will just show you how to do it
01:36 And you have to do actually start with 300
01:39 Stepping, 300 stepping, high knee stepping
01:42 Or jogging you can say
01:44 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11
01:52 So, in this way you can go up to 300
01:56 This is how you have to start
01:58 So, you have to do 300 and then you don't have to stop
